Job Overview

SB Quantum is seeking dynamic and qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Manager. This is a full-time opportunity based in Rawalpindi and Fateh Jang. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing overall farm operations, ensuring high yield standards, and implementing modern agricultural techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise gardening and farming operations.
• Implement modern techniques for high-yield production.
• Ensure proper cultivation and harvesting schedules for medicinal and herbal plants.
• Monitor plant health, growth, and production.
• Coordinate with farm workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for crop improvement and sustainable practices.
• Monitor the cultivation of flowers, medicinal, and herbal plants.
• Manage nursery operations and ensure healthy plant development.
• Maintain knowledge regarding soil preparation and pest identification.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Education: M.Sc Agriculture
• Location: Rawalpindi, Fateh Jang
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage farm staff and resources effectively.
