Role Overview
Faisal Town is hiring an Assistant Manager (Building Control Section) to support construction projects. Familiarity with building codes, planning processes, and construction experience is essential.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee building construction field activities.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with bylaws (CDA, RDA, District Council).
- Manage processes of building control, development, and planning.
- Possess knowledge of drawing vetting (architecture, structure, MEP).
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Must Hold DAE Civil/Architecture Degree.
- Experience: Must have 06-08 years of Building construction field experience.
- Skills: Familiarity with government authority bylaws, building control processes, planning, and drawing vetting.
