Role Overview

Engineers Cooperative Housing Society (ECHS) in Sector D-18, Sangjani, seeks applications from qualified individuals for the position of Sub Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical). The successful candidate will support the society's electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech (Honours) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 08 years of relevant experience is required, with preference given to candidates having experience in a housing society. Applicants must have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in relevant engineering software, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities (Skills)

• Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of electrical/mechanical projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Develop reports, cost estimates, and necessary technical documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and maintenance activities.
