Role Overview

Engineers Cooperative Housing Society (ECHS), located in Sector D-18, Sangjani, is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Sub Engineer (Civil). The role involves contributing to the society's development through effective engineering support.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech (Honours) in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant experience. Experience in a housing society environment is preferred. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, proficiency in engineering-related software, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities (Skills)

• Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of civil projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, estimates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for the smooth execution of projects and maintenance works.
