Job Overview

Responsible for managing and controlling all garment dyeing and washing operations to ensure quality, consistency, RFT quality, cost-effectiveness and timely order execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge of garment processing, shade consistency, special finishes, chemical usage and compliance with buyer requirements. The position focuses on operational excellence, innovation in garment treatments and leading a high-performance team to achieve production and quality targets.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry. Master's degree will be a plus.
Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
