Requirements and Skills

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in interior design, fit-out, and renovation projects is required. Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methods, interior finishes, materials, and site execution is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software is preferred. Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project quality, timelines, and safety compliance.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
