International Packaging Films Ltd. (IPAK) is looking for a dynamic and experienced resource for the position of Shift Incharge - Mechanical / Utility & Maintenance to be based in Sheikhupura. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shift activities related to mechanical, utility, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead breakdown troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Assign and monitor maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations and proper shift handover.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Qualification: DAE Mechanical
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
- Location: Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura
- Additional Facility: Pick & Drop Facility available on specific routes
