Job Overview

A leading construction firm is looking for a diligent Quantity Surveyor for their major infrastructure project in Punjab. The role involves managing project costs, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money and adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other tender documentation.
• Monitoring project costs and controlling budgets.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks.
• Preparing financial reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: At least 7 years (preferred).
