The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in textile processing maintenance and proven leadership capabilities. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety within our high-performance processing unit.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Maintenance will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the processing unit.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Collaborating effectively with production and quality assurance teams to drive process improvements.
• Managing maintenance budgets and overseeing the inventory of spare parts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance specifically within the textile processing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of dyeing, finishing, and related textile machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
