Job Overview

Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) is seeking a qualified Senior Officer HR (BPS-16). The successful candidate will play a key role in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations issues and grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have:

• MPA / MBA / MHRM (HR).
• 03 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

The age limit for this position is 28 years. General age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
