Key Responsibilities

As Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be tasked with designing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies that are closely aligned with the company's growth trajectory and succession plans. Your responsibilities will include spearheading recruitment efforts for leadership, technical, and other critical roles across various departments. A key aspect of this role involves enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice through engaging content, strategic recruitment marketing, and active participation in industry and campus events.

You will be instrumental in building sustainable talent pipelines by employing proactive sourcing techniques, establishing and managing robust campus programs, and fostering strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry bodies. Overseeing the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and Internship programs will also be a core duty, ensuring a continuous influx of promising talent. Collaboration with department heads is essential to accurately forecast workforce needs and align talent strategies accordingly. You will lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team across corporate and regional offices, guiding them towards achieving recruitment targets. Additionally, you will develop and implement career paths, succession plans, and learning interventions designed to boost employee engagement and performance, alongside conducting regular talent reviews. Ensuring strict compliance with all labor laws and internal company policies in all hiring practices is paramount. Finally, you will be expected to adopt and integrate best-in-class tools and methodologies to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition position, candidates must possess a BBA, MBA-HR, or MHRM degree. Holding a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification will be regarded as a significant advantage.
