CBD Punjab invites applications for the position of Assistant Director Human Resource. This role within our HR & IT department is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management and a proven track record of working closely with HR management.Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing the documentation of HR programs, policies, and employee records.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Working closely with HR Management to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's OR Master's in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum Experience: 6 years in Human Resource Management.
- Required Skills: Expertise and experience in working closely with the HR Management to ensure effective implementation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
