Senior Manager, PSL

Job Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, PSL will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing operational support to the PSL leadership. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient planning and execution of all PSL-related activities. The role oversees the implementation of PCB and PSL's strategy for consistently engaging fans and identifies opportunities to enhance the PSL Brand.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Managing the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
• Plan and manage operations for successful PSL tournaments.
• Budgeting and management of event budgets for the daily operations.
• Compliance with all relevant ICC, PCB & PSL regulations.
• Coordination between Franchises, Rightsholders, Service Providers, & Senior Management and be responsible for the operational delivery of each PSL's activities.
• Assist with managing and implementing PSL's schedule in line with concerns and limitations of all stakeholders.
• Assist to oversee all administrative duties.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a well-reputed HEC recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in operations/events or a related field.

Competency Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work fluidly in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
