About the Job

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team (Red & White Ball). The Fielding Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the fielding skills of Pakistan National Team Players.

Required Education, Competency and Experience

Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers/national/franchisee or international teams.
Excellent understanding of Fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development.
Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at international arena in developing modern Fielding techniques.
Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities.
Strong management skills.
Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), Coaching Software would be considered as an added qualification.
