Job Role

Transform raw logistics data into actionable intelligence through dashboards, reports & performance scorecards.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track On-Time deliveries, TAT, shipment flow, productivity, capacity utilization & operational efficiency.
Conduct bottleneck analysis to identify delays, capacity constraints, route inefficiencies, and process gaps, & recommend corrective actions.
Analyze operational trends and provide data driven insights to management for timely decision making.
Establish standardized performance metrics and ensure accuracy & timely availability of operational MIS.

Job Requirement

Bachelors’ / Masters’ degree in SCM / Business or a related field.
Sound knowledge of Heavy/Bulk Operations handling.
Strong capability of MIS & Analytics.
Similar industry experience is preferable.
