Job Overview

NOWPDP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Fundraising to join their Development department based at the Head Office. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager - Development and will play a crucial role in driving financial sustainability through strategic donor management, corporate engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Lead day-to-day fundraising operations and deliver annual targets.
Manage the donor lifecycle and build strong, lasting relationships.
Oversee key fundraising portfolios including Corporate, HNIs, Grants, International Chapters & Business Development.
Plan and execute fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships across all pillars.
Coordinate international chapters and align efforts from Pakistan.
Drive business development through sales of our textile products and wheelchairs and lead the sales team.

Key Areas:

Donor Management: CRM management, donor stewardship, reporting & renewals.
Corporate & HNI Engagement: Cultivate partnerships and secure major gifts.
Grants & Research: Identify opportunities and manage proposals & reporting.
Business Development: Grow earned income through product sales and team leadership.
Partnerships: Build and maintain financial and non-financial collaborations.
International Chapters: Serve as the focal point for communication, support & coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising.
Proven success in managing multiple portfolios and achieving targets.
Experience engaging corporates, institutional funders, philanthropists & strategic partners.
