Company Overview

Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), a leading name in Pakistan's E&P sector, is inviting applications from experienced drilling professionals for its Islamabad operations.

Position: Senior Driller (EG-IV)

The Senior Driller will be responsible for supervising drilling rig operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures, and managing the drilling crew. This role requires hands-on experience in drilling and strong problem-solving skills.

Requisite Qualification & Experience

Option 1: Bachelor of Engineering (16 years recognized by HEC & registered with PEC) with a minimum of 07 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years as Driller/Senior Driller.
OR
Option 2: F.Sc / 03 years DAE from a recognized institute with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 05 years as Driller/Senior Driller.

General Notes

The initial contract is for three (03) years, extendable. HEC equivalence for foreign degrees is mandatory. Age relaxation is per company policy. Only shortlisted candidates will be called. OGDCL can decide not to fill the positions. No TA/DA is admissible.
