Introduction to the Role

Cadet College Mohmand, a reputable educational institution, is inviting applications from experienced and highly disciplined individuals for the vital position of Security Officer. This role is fundamental to maintaining a secure and conducive environment for all students and staff within the college premises. The selected candidate will initially be appointed on a one-year probationary period, with the strong possibility of regularization based on satisfactory performance and adherence to institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Security Officer will be entrusted with comprehensive responsibilities for the college's security framework. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing robust security protocols, supervising and coordinating security personnel, conducting regular security assessments, and effectively responding to any emergency situations. The role demands a proactive and vigilant approach to safeguarding college assets, personnel, and ensuring a disciplined environment.

Educational Qualification and Experience

To be eligible for this esteemed position, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. A crucial requirement for this role is a distinguished background in the Armed Forces, with a strong preference for retired officers holding the rank of Major or Captain. This implies extensive leadership and security management experience, critical for the demands of a Cadet College environment.

Age Limit and Other Requirements

Candidates applying for the Security Officer position must not exceed the upper age limit of 50 years. This age criterion is strictly applied to ensure the candidate's fitness and ability to undertake demanding security duties. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential attributes for this role.

This package must include a detailed Bio Data / CV, attested copies of all educational certificates, a copy of the National Identity Card (CNIC), experience certificates, and recent passport-sized photographs. All documents should reach P.O Box No. 62, G.P.O. Peshawar by the closing date of September 5, 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test and subsequent interview. Please note that no Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the selection process. Incomplete applications or those received after the specified deadline will not be entertained. The college reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel any post without assigning any reason.
