Security Supervisor

Role Overview

One Security Supervisor (BPS-8) position is available at the Emergency Services Academy (Rescue 1122), likely located in Lahore. This role is offered on contract for an initial 2-year period, extendable based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 10 years Armed Forces security experience as Subedar or Naib Subedar.
Age: 30-50 Years.

Selection Procedure

1. Apply online through Central Testing Service (CTS) website (www.ctspak.com) or ESD website (www.rescue.gov.pk) link by 30-04-2025.
2. Post completed APPLICATION FORMS to CTS.
3. Only complete applications meeting criteria are accepted.
4. Written, psychological, physical, and skill tests will be conducted.
5. Results displayed on CTS & ESD websites.
6. Final interview at ESD HQ, Lahore.
7. Medical report submission required at interview.

Terms and Conditions

• Physical fitness standards apply (vision, BMI, medical tests).
• No age/qualification relaxation (Army/Civil). Exception: 5 years for ESD employees in admin roles.
• Preference for height > 5.6', Min chest 33'.
• Apply for one post only.
• Local resident preference (as per CNIC).
• Minority (5%) & Female (15%) quotas apply. Shemales eligible.
• Selection subject to verification.
