Cadet College Mohmand is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to join its faculty as Lecturers. This is a significant opportunity for passionate educators to contribute to the academic development of future leaders. The selected candidates will initially serve a probationary period of one year, with their services potentially being regularized based on their teaching excellence and commitment to the college's educational mission.

Subject Areas and Responsibilities

We are looking for Lecturers in a diverse range of critical subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Urdu, and Computer Science. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing and evaluating curriculum, assessing student performance, and actively participating in academic and co-curricular activities. The role requires strong pedagogical skills, deep subject matter expertise, and the ability to inspire and mentor students effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Master's degree or an equivalent qualification in the relevant subject from a recognized university. A distinguished academic record is highly valued. Furthermore, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience as a Lecturer, specifically within a Cadet College or another reputable educational institution. This experience should demonstrate a track record of effective instruction and student engagement.

Age Limit for Applicants

The maximum age for individuals applying for the Lecturer position is 35 years. Candidates must ensure they meet this age criterion at the time of submitting their application.

No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the selection process. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
