School Canteen Contractor

Overview

Gilgit Army Public School & College (GAPS&C) has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed, experienced, financially sound and professionally competent individuals or contractors. This contract is for the operation and management of the School Canteen on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to submit their proposals in accordance with the provided requirements to secure this opportunity.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be considered for the canteen contract:

• Relevant experience in managing a school, institutional or commercial canteen/food outlet.
• Financially capable of operating the canteen efficiently.
• Commitment to provide quality, fresh, hygienic and nutritious food.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and discipline.
• Willingness to comply with all school rules, regulations and applicable requirements.

Proposal Requirements

The submitted proposal must include the following documents and details:

• Applicant's profile and CNIC copy
• Details/proof of previous experience
• Proposed menu and price
• Proposed financial offer / contract fee
• Details of manpower and operational arrangements

Note: The School Administration reserves the right to shortlist, negotiate, accept or reject any proposal in the best interest of the institution.
