District Health Authority Sheikhupura invites applications for temporary recruitment of Sanitary Patrol (Male/Female) staff under the auspices of the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab, based on notification No.SO(EP&C)2-2/2022 dated 31.01.2025 and No.SO(EP&C)2-2/2016(II) dated 27.01.2025. The recruitment is for a period exceeding 89 days, primarily for Dengue prevention activities. Candidates must be physically fit and possess the required qualifications and domicile.

The available positions are distributed across various tehsils in Sheikhupura District as follows:

• Sheikhupura Tehsil: Male - 07, Female - 16
• Ferozewala Tehsil: Male - 07, Female - 15
• Muridke Tehsil: Male - 05, Female - 09
• Sharqpur Tehsil: Male - 03, Female - 04
• Safdarabad Tehsil: Male - 02, Female - 02

Total Posts: Male - 24, Female - 46

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Middle School pass certificate from a recognized institution.
Age Limit:

• Male: 18 to 33 years (as per government policy)
• Female: 18 to 35 years (as per government policy)
• Candidates with experience in Dengue programs may have an upper age limit of 40 years.

Domicile: Candidates must possess a domicile of District Sheikhupura. Preference will be given to candidates from the respective tehsil.
Other Requirements: Candidates must own and know how to operate an Android mobile phone.

Terms and Conditions

1. Recruitment will follow the Government of Punjab's Contract Appointment Policy 2024.
2. The employment duration will be for more than 89 days.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Dengue program experience and good performance.
4. Possession and functional knowledge of an Android phone are mandatory.
5. Domicile of Sheikhupura district is required, with preference for candidates from the relevant tehsil.
6. Other terms and conditions will be as per the Government of Punjab rules.
7. The recruitment committee's decisions are final and cannot be challenged in court.
8. Unsatisfactory performance can lead to termination without notice.
9. Absence without leave will result in immediate termination.
10. Government/Semi-government employees must apply through proper channels with an NOC.
11. Candidates must bring original documents (CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Letter if any) and attested photocopies to the interview.
12. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
13. Interviews for female candidates will be held on 08.05.2025 (Thursday) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the office of the Chief Executive Officer (District Health Authority) Sheikhupura.
14. Interviews for male candidates will be held on 09.05.2025 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the office of the Chief Executive Officer (District Health Authority) Sheikhupura.
15. The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement without notice.
16. Selected candidates will be subject to re-verification after 89 days for continued service.
17. Performance monitoring will include online attendance via smartphone and dashboard reports through PITB.
18. Salary will be based on daily wages/fixed pay as per performance and attendance.
19. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government policy based on the selection committee's recommendations.
20. Any attempt to influence the selection process through bribery or recommendations will lead to disqualification.
