Job Overview

The office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura, is seeking 18 individuals for the temporary (work charge) position of Beldar for a duration of 45 days during the year 2025. This role is crucial for seasonal maintenance and operational tasks within the division.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Eligibility criteria include:

• Education: Literate.
• Physical Fitness: Must be healthy and physically fit.
• Skills: Must know how to swim (minimum 33% marks required in swimming test).
• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Sheikhupura District.
• Age: 18 to 45 years.

Appointment Details

The appointment will be purely temporary (work charge basis) for 45 days, as per the recruitment policy of the Government of Punjab Admin Department No.S(E-III)8-6/2021 dated 20-01-2022 and merit policy. The position can be terminated at any time without notice.

Application Process

Interested candidates should submit their application on plain paper along with attested copies of educational certificates (if any), CNIC, Domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs to the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura. The deadline for application submission is May 12, 2025. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

Interview/Test Schedule

Interviews and tests (including swimming test) for eligible candidates will be held on May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura. Candidates must bring their original documents (CNIC, Domicile, Certificates) at the time of the interview. No separate call letter will be issued, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
