Fossil Energy Pvt. Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the Retail Territory - Sr. Executive job in Multan, Islamabad, and Karachi. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting strategic locations for new retail site development. Successful candidates will handle feasibility studies, financial analysis, and site acquisition negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist strategic locations for new retail site development within the assigned territory.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and financial analysis to assess the commercial viability of prospective sites.
• Manage all financial aspects of site acquisition, including cost estimation, budgeting, and investment planning.
• Negotiate commercial and financial terms with landowners and dealers to secure site acquisitions.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Retail Territory Management, Sales, or Distribution.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good market and territory planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
