Resident Engineer - Civil

Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Resident Engineer - Civil (OG-I). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, site visits, cost estimations, and coordination with project consultants and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

• To perform site visits for overall assessment of project and report accordingly.
• To prepare cost estimate for each project in light of Bank's policy.
• To review and analyze layout plans and discuss changes with supervisor.
• To prepare bidding documents and review project bills or invoices.
• To supervise building constructions and renovation of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Master's degree or relevant certification will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in a Bank or financial institution will be preferred.
