Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure projects, problems, service requests, and escalations are dealt with according to defined SLAs.
• To identify solution designs and conduct technical risk analysis for any change requests.
• To track technical issues and resolve them jointly with application vendors and infrastructure vendors.
• To ensure comprehensive analysis is conducted considering the impact on existing production systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university, along with relevant IT certifications and 04 years of experience.
