Role Description
The Planning Commission invites applications for two Research Associate positions within the 'Integrated Energy Planning (IEP) for Sustainable Development' project. Based in Islamabad, the associates will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting the development of energy plans. This role involves working with quantitative models and contributing to the forecasting and management of the energy sector.Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in areas such as energy planning, forecasting, and management, and the use of quantitative models/methods for energy planning.
- Age: The maximum age limit is 35 years, with relaxation as per government rules.
Contract and Salary
This is a contract position for an initial term of one year, extendable based on performance. The successful candidates will be offered a standard pay package for Project Staff at Grade PPS-07.How to Apply
