Maritime Researchers Required. NIMA is a premier Maritime Think Tank. Applications are invited from suitable candidates to undertake Maritime research projects related to Maritime sector at NIMA, Karachi and Islamabad.

Position

Research Associate (01) at Islamabad

Qualification/ Experience

MS/ M.Phil or equivalent in Maritime Affairs/Studies, Maritime (Ports & Shipping) Management, Strategic Studies, IR, Environmental Science, Maritime/ Blue Economy, Maritime Law or including other social sciences disciplines.
Min 2 years of research experience in academia/ think tank.
Strong analytical & academic ability along with excellent writing/ communications skills.
Candidates with national/ international publications will be preferred.

Term of Employment

Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized National/ International Universities are eligible to apply. The positions at NIMA will be offered through an extendable contract (initially for 01 year) with suitable market level remuneration and benefits.
