Position Overview

Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the key administrative post of Registrar (BS-20). This position is offered for an initial tenure of three years. The Registrar plays a vital role in the university's administration, overseeing various academic and administrative functions.

Qualifications and Experience

The eligibility criteria for the Registrar position are as follows:

• Must be a Graduate of a recognized University.
• Should possess high academic attainments combined with administrative experience.
• Age Limit: 45 years.

Application Process

1. Candidates must apply online through the BZU website: jobs.bzu.edu.pk.
2. After submitting the online application, take a printout of the duly signed online application form.
3. Submit hard copies of the signed online application form along with attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, and certificates.
4. Attach a most recent passport-size photograph to the application form.
5. Include a Computer Generated Bank Draft (Non-refundable) or proof of online bank transaction/bank challan amounting to Rs. 3000/-. Payment can be deposited in the University Branch, Main Campus, HBL A/C # 12717900643601 OR UBL A/C # 085700300018.
6. If applying for more than one post, submit a separate application form with necessary documents and fee for each post.
7. Experience certificates must be issued by the HR Department of the respective employer.
8. Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service must apply through the proper channel.
9. Send the complete application package by courier/postal services to 'The Registrar, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan'.
10. The application must reach the Registrar's office by 15th May, 2025 during office hours. The online application portal will close at 04:00 p.m. on the closing date.
11. Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date will not be entertained.

Important Notes

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
• The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any advertised post without assigning any reason.
