Position Overview

Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan invites applications for the post of Controller of Examinations (BS-20). This position is crucial for managing all examination-related activities of the university and is offered for an initial tenure of three years.

Qualifications and Experience

The eligibility criteria for the Controller of Examinations position are:

• Ten (10) years' experience of educational administration in a Class I post or an equivalent post.
• (Implicitly, a Graduate degree from a recognized university is expected for a BS-20 position).
• Age Limit: 45 years.

Application Process

2. Following online submission, print the duly signed online application form.
3. Submit hard copies of the signed application form, accompanied by attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, and especially experience certificates detailing the 10 years of educational administration experience.
4. Affix a most recent passport-size photograph.

6. Separate applications and fees are required if applying for multiple posts.
7. Experience certificates should be from the employer's HR Department.
8. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
9. Mail the complete application set via courier/postal services to 'The Registrar, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan'.
10. Ensure the application reaches the university by 15th May, 2025 (during office hours). The online portal closes at 4:00 PM on this date.
11. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
