Role Overview

Emerson University Multan invites applications for the post of Additional Controller of Examinations (BS-19). This position is offered on a Regular/Contract basis and is crucial for managing and supervising the examination system of the university.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification and experience requirements:
Option 1:

• MS or M.Phil. or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Eight years' experience in the relevant field from a public or private institute or university or recognized by HEC or public sector organization.

Option 2:

• Master's degree or BS (four years) (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC.
• Ten years' experience in the relevant field from a public or private institute or university or recognized by HEC or public sector organization.

The age limit for applicants is 35-50 years.

Application Process

1. Candidates need to apply online through the university e-portal: https://eportal.portal.eum.edu.pk/.
2. After applying online, submit one printed copy of the online application form along with attested copies of required documents (certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, transcripts, experience certificates with specific dates and publications), recent passport size photograph, attested CNIC copy, and complete biodata/CV.
3. Include three (03) envelopes with your postal address and mobile number/WhatsApp/Email clearly written on them.
4. Attach the original deposit slip showing payment of the application fee. The fee for BS-19 is Rs 1500/-, payable to Account # 6510100673200408, Account Title 'Emerson University Multan' in any branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP). Mention the name of the post and discipline on the deposit slip.
5. Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar, Emerson University Multan through courier services or registry only, on or before 23.05.2025 before 04:00 PM.
