Position Overview

Information Technology University (ITU), a leading public university in Lahore, requires the services of a qualified, energetic, and self-motivated individual for the statutory position of Registrar. The Registrar plays a pivotal role in the administrative and academic governance of the university, overseeing key functions such as student records, academic policies, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Master's Degree (First Class) or equivalent degree awarded after sixteen years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technology Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification from an institution or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience acquired from a reputed university or institution.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 30 and 55 years old.

Follow these steps to apply:

1. Visit the ITU job portal at http://jobs.itu.edu.pk and fill out the online job application form.
2. Deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 5000/- into Account No. 01371006979112, Bank Alfalah, Information Technology University Punjab.
3. Submit the printed online application form along with attested copies of Degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, Domicile, recent passport-size photograph, CV, the original deposit receipt, and any other relevant documents.
4. Send the complete application package by post to: ITU HR Department, 6th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
5. Clearly mention the name of the post (Registrar) on the top right corner of the envelope.
6. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC, Pakistan.
