Position Overview

Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore, is seeking a qualified, energetic, and self-motivated individual for the statutory position of Controller of Examinations. This key role is responsible for the overall management, conduct, and integrity of all university examinations. The tenure for this post is expected to commence from July 2025.

Qualifications and Experience

The eligibility criteria for applicants are as follows:

• Education: Master's Degree (First Class) or equivalent degree awarded after sixteen years of education in the relevant field from an institution or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of teaching and administration experience gained from a reputed university or institution.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 30 and 55 years old.

2. Deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- in Account No. 01371006979112, Bank Alfalah, Information Technology University Punjab.
3. Print the completed online application form.
4. Compile the printed form along with attested copies of Degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, Domicile, recent passport-size photograph, CV, the original deposit slip, and any other relevant documents.
5. Send this application package by post to the ITU HR Department, 6th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
6. Ensure the post name (Controller of Examinations) is clearly written on the top right corner of the envelope.
7. Foreign degree holders must include an HEC equivalence certificate.
