Regional Business Manager

Job Overview

EXIM Bank of Pakistan (Pak EXIM) is looking for a dynamic and high-performing Regional Business Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, transaction management, credit analysis, and structuring. This role requires strong exposure to ECA-supported transactions and Export Credit Insurance.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other Business-related fields from a leading international or local university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) of Pakistan. Additional qualifications such as CFA or FRM may be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Financial Institutions (F.I.) segments. Proven experience in F.I. business, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management is essential.
