Candidate Profile & Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A proven track record of leading and managing industrial or manufacturing operations is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in driving organizational transformation, operational improvement, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for PMTF's overall operations and drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Lead organization-wide business performance, operational strategy, and execution of strategic objectives.
• Drive transformation, process optimization, productivity enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Establish effective performance management frameworks, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms to deliver measurable results.
• Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
