Role Requirements

The aspirant must possess a degree in civil engineering. A significant hands-on experience of at least 10 to 15 years in building and road projects is mandatory.

Furthermore, out of the total length of experience, a minimum 5-year lead role as Project Manager is a must. The candidate must demonstrate thorough knowledge of handling contractual matters, overseeing physical construction activities, managing correspondence, and effectively liaising with project stakeholders.
