Job Description & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc Civil / DAE-Civil / B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of practical experience in the infrastructure development sector.
- Responsibilities: IPC (Interim Payment Certificate/Bill), BOQ, detailed item list preparation, and contractors' bills processing. Skill in using GPS/Total Station for surveying. Practical experience in construction measurements, quantity determination, and bill preparation. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software. Practical experience in supervising quantity, measurement, and construction works in infrastructure development projects.

- تجربہ: انفراسٹرکچر ڈویلپمنٹ کے شعبے میں کم از کم 8 تا 10 سال کا متعلقہ عملی تجربہ۔
- ذمہ داریاں: آئی پی سی (عبوری ادائیگی کے بل)، بی بی ایس، مقدار تعمیرات کی تفصیلی فہرست اور پٹی کنٹریکٹرز کے بلوں کی تیاری میں عملی مہارت۔ جی پی ایس/ ٹوٹل اسٹیشن سے حاصل کردہ سروے ڈیٹا کو سمجھنے اور استعمال کرنے کی صلاحیت۔ تعمیراتی پیمائش، مقدار کے تعین اور بلوں کی تیاری کا عملی تجربہ۔ ایم ایس آفس، آٹو کیڈ اور سول تھری ڈی سافٹ ویئر پر عملی کام کرنے کی مہارت۔ انفراسٹرکچر ڈویلپمنٹ منصوبوں میں مقدار، پیمائش اور تعمیراتی کاموں کی نگرانی کا عملی تجربہ۔
