About the Role

Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a B.Sc in Civil Engineering, DAE Civil, or an MS in Construction Management. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in building construction is required, with at least 5 years specifically in finishing work management. Essential skills include a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, proficiency in construction methods and materials, expertise in budgeting and cost control, and a solid grasp of safety protocols. The ability to use computers for project follow-up, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.
