Role Overview
Faisal Town is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for its projects in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will manage and motivate sales teams to achieve targets in the real estate development sector.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales teams effectively.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle client interactions, negotiations, and problem-solving.
- Utilize MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduate/BBA/MBA/MA.
- Experience: Around 05 years of work experience in a sales department, preferably in real estate development.
- Skills: Proven leadership, client handling, negotiation, problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office & CRM. Experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
