The Directorate General of Archaeology, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from eligible and qualified individuals (Male/Female) on an equal opportunity basis for the ADP project titled 'Capacity Building of Directorate General of Archaeology'. This project has a duration up to 30-06-2027 or till its completion. The position of Project Coordinator is a key leadership role within this project, based in Lahore.Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring timely execution, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising development projects, particularly those related to heritage management and the conservation of historical monuments and archaeological sites. The role demands strong leadership, project management skills, and experience in the heritage sector.Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architecture Engineering / Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university. Must be registered with PCATP or PEC. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Heritage Management/Project Management or a related field will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 Years' Experience with a Master's degree OR 20 Years with a Bachelor Degree. Experience should include supervision of development projects, preferably in Heritage management, conservation of Historical monuments & Archaeological sites.
- Age Limit: 35-50 years.
- Salary: Rs. 400,000/- per month (PPS & Salary, on lump-sum basis including all allowances, with annual increment according to government notification).
Conditions
