Project Overview

The School Education Department, is implementing the 'Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services' (GRADES) project with World Bank assistance. This project focuses on improving educational outcomes, increasing participation rates, and enhancing reading proficiency in public schools. This role is crucial for the successful coordination and implementation of project activities.

Qualifications

Education: At least a Master's degree or equivalent (sixteen years of education) in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, Project Management, or a relevant discipline from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Experience

Requirements:
  • At least five (05) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience after acquiring stipulated qualifications.
  • Experience in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in education.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and implementation of large-scale government or donor-funded programs.
  • Experience working in the Education sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the public sector and broader educational challenges in Punjab.
