Position Summary

The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for the administration and management of all contracts awarded under the GRADES project, including Works, Goods, and Consulting Services. This involves monitoring contractor performance, managing variations, ensuring compliance, and handling contract closure.

Qualifications

Education: A Master's/Bachelor's (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in contract management, Engineering, management science, Business Administration, supply chain management, or a related field from a reputable & recognized local or foreign institution, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Experience

Requirements:
  • At least five (05) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience after acquiring stipulated qualifications.
  • Experience in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in education.
  • Knowledge of contracts of all types (Works, Goods, Consulting and Non-Consulting Services) is mandatory.
  • Having FIDIC and World Bank Contracts experience will have additional weightage.
  • Excellent knowledge of World Bank and government procedure of contracts and procurements will have an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedure.
