Introduction to Examination

The Pakistan Engineering Council is holding the 27th Engineering Practice Examination (EPE) for the prestigious title of Professional Engineer (PE). Registered Engineers (REs) who fulfill the eligibility criteria are invited to apply for this examination. The exam date has been scheduled for Sunday, 08th November 2026.

Application Deadline Extension

Please note that the last date of submission of applications to appear in the EPE has been extended. Candidates now have until Monday, 07th September 2026 to submit their applications successfully.

Exam Cities

The examination will be held simultaneously in the following proposed cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan, Karachi, Hyderabad/Jamshoro, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Quetta, Gawadar, Khuzdar, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad AJK.

Registered Engineers (REs) fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply through the official link https://cpd.pec.org.pk/EPECustom. Exam format, EPE syllabi, study material, and necessary guidelines are available on the PEC website under the CPD link https://www.pec.org.pk/cpd-new/.
