About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager who can lead our production team on the ground, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain product quality, and meet production targets efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on the ground, taking ownership, and delivering results with a strong passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily production activities on the ground.
Ensure production targets are achieved with efficiency and quality.
Monitor and maintain product quality and food safety standards.
Optimize the use of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
Implement and enforce workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Motivate and train production staff to improve performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in production management in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
