Procurement Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Officer (PPS-7) for a project at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination. This is a contract position based in Islamabad, with a term of one year, extendable up to 30th June 2026. The role involves managing all aspects of the procurement process and logistics for the project.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Education: Master's / An advanced degree (16 years of education) in a suitable discipline, preferably in Business studies, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Commerce from an HEC recognized University.
• Experience: 5-7 years of work experience in procurement, with comprehensive knowledge of the procurement process and logistics management. Experience with NGOs/Donors, particularly USAID funded projects, is preferred.
