Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (BSP), a part of Packages Group, is hiring a Printing Specialist. This permanent position is based in Kasur/Lahore and reports to the BU Head Paper & Board.

Key Accountabilities

The Printing Specialist will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks, including:

• Offering guidance on offset printing techniques, equipment selection, and process optimization.
• Helping clients troubleshoot and resolve issues with offset printing machinery.
• Evaluating printing operations and suggesting improvements.
• Developing and delivering training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of offset printing machines.
• Staying informed on trends and advancements to provide relevant information.
• Adjusting processes to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

The ideal candidate for the Printing Specialist role should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Printing Technology.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in offset printing and machine operations.
• Sound understanding of offset pre-press and printing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
