HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for the installation, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role ensures uninterrupted HVAC operations, optimum equipment performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards through a structured PM program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance as per PM schedule.
• Inspect, clean, and service HVAC systems regularly.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, split ACs, ventilation & exhaust systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing & vacuuming.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain PM records, logs, and service reports.
• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams during maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/DAE in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Preventive Maintenance planning and execution.
• HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Refrigerant handling and leak testing.
• Split AC and ventilation systems.
• Electrical control circuits and motors.
• HVAC tools and testing instruments.
• MS Excel for PM tracking and reporting.
