Responsibilities

Monitor regional and customer-wise revenue, margins, costs, and business performance.
Develop and implement the nationwide international business strategy.
Ensure efficient booking, documentation, dispatch, tracking, and delivery of international shipments.
Analyze market trends and competitors to recommend new products and service enhancements.
Coordinate with Finance on billing accuracy, receivables and credit control.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo operations.
At least 2 years of managerial experience leading business development or international operations.
