The University of Sargodha is looking to recruit dedicated individuals for the role of Mess Helper / Worker to support the operations of its hostel mess facilities. These positions are specifically for 3 male candidates and are offered on a contractual basis, managed through the Hostel Fund. This role is vital for maintaining cleanliness and assisting in food service operations within the university environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates interested in the Mess Helper / Worker position must have basic literacy skills, meaning they should be able to read and write. No specific formal education level beyond this is strictly required, although a Matriculation certificate is generally preferred for such roles. The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 30 years. Preference will be given to individuals who are in good health and possess a strong work ethic and character. The selection process may involve a trial period to assess practical suitability for the role.

A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 500 must be deposited, payable via a challan form which can be downloaded from https://su.edu.pk/challan/general. The complete application, along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, and a recent passport-sized photograph, must be submitted to the Chairman, Hostel Council, University of Sargodha. The deadline for submission is June 16, 2025, by 4:00 PM. Applications received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channels. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews, for which no TA/DA will be admissible.
