M&E Specialist

Job Overview

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training is seeking an experienced M&E Specialist (PPS-10) for its Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU) located in Islamabad. The role is on a contract basis, extendable annually for the life of the project based on performance. The M&E Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking progress against targets, and providing analytical reports to support decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain of monitoring and evaluation is mandatory.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be a minimum of 35 years of age or above.
